Placement Fee

"Careprovider White Eagle Agency" charges a simple, one-time fee, equal to one week's salary of the caregiver, for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing a suitable caregiver into a permanent assignment, whether the position is live-in or come-go.
The fee structure is in accordance with Ill. Dept. of Labor, regulation 515/5.

We provide a guarantee for one full year with a replacement at no charge. For temporary assignments (less than 1 month) the fee is negotiable.

Price list for provided services:
Hourly shifts, day or night (4 hours min)
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): $13- $20 per hour
- Caregiver, Homemaker: $12- $18 per hour

Live-ins, up to 7 days per week:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): $120- $150 per day
- Caregiver, Homemaker: $100- $140 per day

Prices shown above are current market rates. We include them as suggestion only, because clients and caregivers are free to negotiate different rates through agency.

Most assignments fall into average range. Caregivers have declared themselves independent contractors and are not employees of the agency. The family or client pay the caregiver directly.

There are two paid holidays per year: Christmas and Easter. If your caregiver is off on either of these days, they still should be paid.

Pay range:
The pay range depend on the following factors:
- Condition of the patient
- Skills, experience ad job responsibility of the caregiver
- Car and Driver's License of the caregiver
- Distance and duration of the shift
- Level of English language of the caregiver

Care for two people at one location incurs a 15 - 20 % pay rate increase. Weekend and/or holiday respite care incurs a 20 - 25 % pay rate increase.
