Interview Process
We select caregivers based on their experience,
qualifications, dependability
and personality traits.
We look for caregivers that are trustworthy,
helpful, friendly and caring.
All of our caregivers provide references
to us from reliable sources. We require caregivers to interview
in person, to fill an application, check
their work references.
All our caregivers have years of experience in private duty home care.
Pre-placement interviews are scheduled to allow the
family to meet qualified caregiver candidates and make their own decision
about hiring. These interviews are usually done in the patient's home
or at the hospital or nursing home bedside. You accept a caregiver that
you feel totally comfortable with.
If for any reason, at any time you'd prefer a different caregiver,
simply give us a call and we'll be happy to provide you with another
until we find a match that's right for you.
A free consultation
is available by our representative. This complimentary visit helps us
to understand client wants and needs, and to answer any questions the
client or family may have.
